At DelawareTaxCalc, your sensitive corporate cap table information, authorized share counts, issued shares, balance sheet gross assets, and stockholder allocations remain strictly private and under your exclusive control.

All franchise tax calculation algorithms (including Title 8 Del. C. § 503 Authorized Shares and Assumed Par Value Capital Method evaluations), cap table CSV parsing, SAFE conversion modeling, dilution impact tests, and tax savings projections are executed 100% inside your local web browser runtime via client-side JavaScript.

We adhere strictly to the principle of Data Minimization under GDPR Article 5(1)(c). We collect only the minimum personal data required to fulfill explicit user-initiated requests:

• Compliance Reminders (/api/reminder): Business email address, company entity type (C-Corp or LLC), and company name for the sole purpose of scheduling statutory March 1 or June 1 deadline alerts.
• Consultation Requests (/api/lead): Contact name, business email address, company name, entity type, and inquiry description solely to connect you with authorized CPA or registered agent partners.
• Concierge Filing Orders (/api/concierge-filing): Delaware entity file number, entity legal name, designated corporate contact email, principal business address, and officer roster as mandated by Delaware Title 8 Del. C. § 502 statutory annual report disclosure requirements.

We do not collect or store Social Security Numbers (SSN), Employer Identification Numbers (EIN) without user consent, credit card Primary Account Numbers (PAN), or banking credentials.

DelawareTaxCalc does not use non-essential marketing cookies, persistent tracking beacons, browser canvas fingerprinting, or invasive cross-site advertising networks (such as Meta Pixel, TikTok tracking pixels, or intrusive ad-tech SDKs).
